Can I have the RAW images? Can I edit them myself?

I do not offer the unedited images for release. 

What does the payment process look like?

At the time of scheduling your session you will pay a $100 non-refundable retainer (either through PayPal, Venmo, or mailed check). This is deducted from the overall price of your collection.  The remaining amount is due at the time of the session. If you are paying online, the remainder of the payment must be paid before the session, please let me know ahead of time. Any payments after the session after is completed will have an added late fee.

Can you my edit acne, sunburns, etc...?

Don’t worry, I got you! All pictures come back retouched so you don’t have to worry about annoying acne or other imperfections that stress you out! PLEASE NOTE that I only do minor cosmetic touch-ups. Please plan ahead for this. Bra straps, abnormal tan lines, frizzy hairs etc... will not be edited out. 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

In the case you have to cancel the session, the $100 deposit will not be returned. If you cancel within 7 days of the session or have to reschedule due to an error on your side, there will be additional fees. 

What if the weather is poor?

 If it is raining we can reschedule for the next date I have open. In the case that the heat index is above average, that can also be cause for rescheduling. Sessions will not be rescheduled if the weather is cloudy. 

What is the agreement I have to sign at the time of booking?

The agreement is purely to ensure both clients and I perform accordingly and protect both party's interest. I truly believe in protecting my client's best interest as well as mine. The agreement has been designed to ensure there is no gray area or miscommunication. I know some people can get worried when they hear there is something to sign, but if you have questions or concerns please let me know! I am here to work with you and make you comfortable throughout this process. The agreement will be sent via email and will need to be signed before your date is secured. 

How do I pay the deposit at the time of booking?

You will get an email along with the agreement with a link to pay online or instructions on how to pay through Venmo or check! The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure your date.

I am not available on any of the dates on the calendar, can I get a date that is not on it? 

The dates listed on the calendar are the only dates I offer! Due to my work schedule and other commitments, I am offering a very select number of sessions and dates that are not flexible.

Do you recommend professional hair and makeup for the shoot?

This is completely up to you! I always suggest going with what you feel comfortable with. If it's full glam, go for it and if it's all-natural, go for it! Please keep in mind that if you schedule appointments for hair and make-up to plan accordingly with time. Late arrivals to sessions due to hair/make-up appointments will cut into the session time.

How long does it take to get my pictures back?

You will receive your gallery in 4-5 weeks! If you have a yearbook deadline, plan on doing your session earlier! There is no guarantee to receive your gallery before the stated timeline.

I was on the email list but when I went to book the calendar was full, can I still get a date?

Once my calendar is full, I will not be booking any more sessions. It will be first come first served with it comes to available dates!
